The Autumn Equinox is a brief moment when day and night are equal, and ushers in a season of balance, gratitude, and transition. Sofreh hosted an event to honor this moment, with rituals inspired by the Persian autumn festival, Mehregan.

60 people joined together to partake in:

• A guided sound bath and intention-setting ritual
• A candlelit altar and touchstone ceremony
• Poetry readings and Hafez divination
• A hand curated tea ceremony
• Seasonal Persian pastries
• Tarot readings and crafts
• Live music

Guests were sent home hand-selected talismans as a physical reminder of their gratitude, intentions, and reflections set during the rituals.
